The working principle of the electro pneumatic transducer is shown in the picture, it is designed and operated by force balance. There is a coil inside, and when the current signal of the regulator (transmitter) is sent to the coil, the coil and the lever are displaced due to the action of the internal permanent magnet, and the baffle is proximate (or away) nozzle, causing nozzle back pressure. Increase (or decrease), this back pressure acts on the internal aerodynamic power amplifier, the amplified pressure is used as the output of the transducer, and the other is fed to the feedback bellows. The pressure of the feedback bellows is delivered, and the force transmitted by the force of the lever generates a reverse displacement, and the displacement is generated by the input signal to generate an electromagnetic moment, the input signal is corresponding to the proportional relationship of the input signal and the output pressure. . That is, when the input signal changes from 4 mA.dc to 20 m.DC, the output pressure of the transducer is changed from 0.02 to 0.1 MPa, and the process of converting current signals into pneumatic signals is realized. The zero mechanism is used to adjust the zero position of the transducer, and the feedback role feedback effect is supplied.
