This general instrument is designed to provide high reliability and repeatability applications with cost-effective costs. The small range model is a standard process control design for 3 to 5 psig output. Extended range models provide 145PSIG output for the operational requirements of higher pressure industrial pneumatic and process control systems.
The electro pneumatic transducer accepts 4 to 20 mA DC signals given by DCS, and then converts the pneumatic signal of the output 20 to 100 kPa, as a pneumatic film regulating valve, pneumatic valve positioner's pneumatic control signal and the gas source of other pneumatic instruments It functions as a signal conversion between the electric instrument and the pneumatic instrument.
